I contacted Universal Electro Tech about a faulty socket. They attended the very next day and fixed it.Thanks to them being so thorough other safety problems were identified and have now been reported to the landlord for urgent repair. As a renter you hope that your landlord has your safety in mind. Unfortunately my landlord did not. Universal Electro Tech have gone above and beyond to not only fix what was initially required but to provide information to me so that I can have the landlord bring the property up to the legal requirements.They are friendly, professional and have my highest recommendation.

UET had a fast response time and gave me a call the same day.I was pleasantly surprised by their very affordable rates.Daniel was highly knowledgeable over the phone and took time to understand my situation.They can offer business level lightning protection for residential or commercial which is a plus for me as an IT guy working from home.If you are after an electrician that can handle your Perth residential needs with the benefits of also being able to do commercial electrical work, then definitely consider UET!

We needed some emergency work done after Western Power cut off our power due to a corroded MCB. Universal were so efficient and professional, arrived on time and did the work quickly and cleanly. I had great customer service from Simon who helped me follow up with Western Power and checked in the next day to ensure we were back in business. To top it off, the pricing was very reasonable and fair. Can't recommend highly enough.
