Highly recommend - great communication, arrived on time, completed the work to a really high standard, very friendly and helpful, explained how to use the products and asked our preferred settings, cleaned up afterwards and reasonably priced. Prompt and personal attention to callout, but would have preferred communication on costs prior to going ahead. Received the invoice, asking for it to be detailed to see that I am being charged for 4 hours labour being that of an electrician and an apprentice a total of $600 labour.

The guys from Platinum Burswood were great in quoting, helping with the purchase and storage for a few days and then the installation of upright oven. Highly recommend.

I was recommended Platinum Electrical by my dad, who'd had work done by Nathan and his team on 2 different houses.I called him up, made an appointment, but due to some miscommunication the first appointment unfortunately fell through. He then followed up with me the next day and came out to my house where he apologised profusely. He had a look over my electrical problem and then gave me an INCREDIBLE quote. This quote was a QUARTER of the price told to me by another electrical company.So of course I went ahead with Platinum Electrical. They got the job done for me within 3 hours, completely professional and at an amazing price. Would highly recommend him.

The owner took my call on a Saturday and had me booked in for the next week. Maui and Jesse installed 2 new light fittings for me and replaced my old down lights. Really lovely young guys, very professional, they were on time and I highly recommend this business. Thanks.

Nathan has been very professional to deal with and has always responded and followed up as promised. I requested a new heat lamp/fan to be installed in my bathroom and had a few issues with it turning off intermittently. Nathan was great and provided top notch service to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. Very efficient and reasonable, which are always qualities you look for with tradespeople.

Nathan was an absolute star and helped my elderly step Dad who had been without power for over 24 hours. I rang at 8.30am on a Sunday morning and he was there within the hour, sorted it all out and checked around for him. Thank you so very much.

As much as actual electrician did excellent job, he was 2 hours late without notice. I had estimate price but even tho actual job was different – money s same. I asked the boss to breakdown the invoice and ask him for few charges where I don’t understand, like Sundries charges $50.00 and point out the electrician did not work 5 and half hours where I charged that much. I got told it s only $20.00 more than what I agree to and since he already paid he s staff – I need to pay asap.The boss reviewed and adjust the invoice as well as gave me discount for being late on the job. He was very polite.
